Return & Refund Policy

At CanvasNCaffeineCo, we want you to love your order! All our products are made-to-order with love through our print-on-demand partner, so we have specific guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color choices. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Quality Issues (Damaged or Defective Items) If your item arrives damaged or has a print/manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered!

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at canvasandcaffeine@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll work directly with our production partner to arrange a free reprint or full refund (whichever you prefer).
  • There’s usually no need to return the original item.

Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order was lost or severely damaged.

Cancellations We can only cancel orders if they haven’t entered production yet (usually within a few hours of ordering). Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-designed items may have stricter rules.
  • We reserve the right to deny a request if the item has been used/worn or if no valid issue is found.
